I'm back to chat NFL Nation! Hope everyone is good today. There's a lot of questions in front of me, so let's get to them.

Don't forget, check out GameDay Morning every Sunday on NFL Network with me, Faulk, Irvin, coach Mooch and hosts Spero Dedes and Stacey Dales starting at 9 a.m. ET. Got it?

    3:04 PM ET

hey warren big fan, so how do you feel about vince young getting the start?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

It's what the people have been asking for. More than anything, it's what the man signing the checks wants! We know there's nothing wrong with that. What the boss wants, the boss gets.
  • Keith, VA

    3:05 PM ET

What do you think of Miles Austin? Will he continue to be a #1 reciver, or is he a fluke?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

No such thing as a fluke. Maybe a work in progress. he's impressed me with everything he's done so far. His preparation, his work. He's performing. This is a performance-based league. The most surpring thing is that no one told Crayton he was being benched after Austin's 250-yard performance. Really? You had to be told?

will the bengals make the playoffs this season
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Call me after Thanksgiving Charles. This is just September and October football. We'll see how they do in November. That's the blood and guts of the NFL season. You either put yourself in position for a run or you're trying for the life preserver. All hands on deck! That's what time it is.
  • Nate, Cincinnati

    3:08 PM ET

is peyton manning a lock for another mvp award this season?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

You know what? A lock? I really don't know. Right now, it's him, Brady ... they could be co-MVPs right now. And then you can't take away what Drew Brees is doing and take that away from him. You can't leave out a guy having a dream season. That would like what went down with Culpepper 2004. That was a lights out year, and it won't be remembered by anyone who didn't cover that team or was a fan.

    3:10 PM ET

Mr. Sapp. Give me your thoughts on the 49ers. did the Vikings game take alot out of them? because ever since then they have struggled.
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

You know, it wasn't the Vikings game. It was the position of being hunted, and being the team that's measured. They ran into a buzzsaw against Atlanta, and then a team in Houston that knows how to throw the ball. By the time Smith got in, the game was out of hand.

They've been in every game they've played. You can't ask more than that.

It's a far cry from those losing seasons of a few ago. Don't be bragging about where you're at before you forget about where you came from.
  • Tony D, State College, PA

    3:13 PM ET

Yo Warren! What are your thoughts about my Philadelphia Eagles up to this point? You think we can be one of the top contenders in the NFC? Thanks.
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

You know, I don't like the Eagles nad the way they're going about pass protection. If you can't protect teh QB, it's a formula for disaster. But I love the way they're playing defense. Also not loving having three QBs ... what are they doing? They have a starter in McNabb, a great one on the sidelines and another who is a running back? I'm not even sure what's going on there. And not having Westbrook is gonna hurt.
  • Dias, Norway

    3:16 PM ET

Do Atlanta have a chance against Saints?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

I don't believe in the Falcons. After going 16 plays for 80 yards on the first drive against the Cowboys, and then they looked like little boys on a man's field. And we know the Cowboys aren't one of the toughest teams around. I don't know which Atlanta team will show up? Does Turner look like he's lost his burner, or is it just me?
  • Jossuar, Chicago

    3:18 PM ET

Mr. Sapp. would you consider B.Urlaucher a Hall Of Fame player in the future?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren doesn't have a vote ...
  • Andrew S, Maple Grove MN

    3:19 PM ET

Mr. Sapp, What DT do you respect the most currently by ability and talent?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

The Throne is EMPTY. It's tough to watch DTs play today.
  • Jennifer, Tampa

    3:20 PM ET

Hi Warren! Do you think the Bucs are doing the right thing by starting Freeman or should they have let Josh Johnson handle the rest of the season?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Nope. Nope. Nope. You don't have an OC. This is your third QB. What's different about the poeple on the field? You went from a veteran to a young guy to a rookie. You want experience at that position ... they're going in the wrong direction.
  • kristopher irizarry, tampa, florida

    3:22 PM ET

do you think the ravens will end the broncos killing spree on sunday?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Yes I do.

    3:23 PM ET

Warren, I keep hearing you say this team isn't good and that team isn't tough and so on... Which team is great man!! And don't give me the generic Patriots, Steelers, Colts crap!
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

It's not about great. It's about consistently doing your job. You have to do that in this league. if you're a tough-minded team that can run the ball and play defense, it will reflect third downs and points per game and the attitude of your rteam. I'll take the Saints (see Brees), the Broncos (see Dumerville), the Colts (see Dwight Freeney - how many weeks was he supposed to be out?). You can't be jekyl and hyde.
  • david jimenez, san diego

    3:26 PM ET

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE RAIDERS ?!?!
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Two words: AL CABLE. How do you like that one?????
  • Jazz, 505

    3:27 PM ET

Big fan Warren! who wins the west this year? does arizona shake off the superbowl curse or does it do them in?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Are they this battle tested team? I'm not sold. Call me after Thanksgiving on them, too. I'm not sold. Dockett's numbers don't look like they should, and you're telling me he should be getting stronger as the year goes on? They have to show me more -- on defense.
  • Zach, Milaca, Mn

    3:29 PM ET

    Brett Favre = ???
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Brett Favre = the fiercest QB I've ever hunted. He doesn't take anything from anyone. You better pack a lunch, and he doesn't go down easy.
  • chris, canada

    3:30 PM ET

hey warren whats your favorite meal????
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Mama's chicken and rice. And a loaf of merita bread. And some grape Kool Aid. I'll throw that down.
  • SB, Praha

    3:32 PM ET

Which team do you think has the most underrated defense in the league right now?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

That would be the New Orleans Saints. I love the Saints. I love the Denver Broncos. I love the Eagles. Hats off to Sean McDermott taking over for Jim Johnson and attacking like he does and upholding the tradition. I like the Colts ... I don't know how good they are, but they're holding up.
  • Mike Ockk, santa barbara

    3:33 PM ET

why did my parents name me this!?!? also, what do you think of LT? back or gone forvever?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

If he doesn't run against the Raiders, I'm convinced it's over. It's the last week I'll say he has a chance to resurrect. I've seen spurts out of him ... but if he can't run against the Raiders at home -- it's his house -- he has to do it. If he can't, he's done.
  • HOSERtexan, Houston

    3:35 PM ET

Hey Warren, do you like the Texans' chances for making the playoffs this year?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

yes i do. i liked them at the beginning of the year and called them a surprise team ... but i also called the dolphins going to the Super Bowl!!! ROTF!
  • Eric Braun, Bath, PA

    3:37 PM ET

Just how bad is Jason Campbell?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

You know what? When your center doesn't know you're in shotgun on MNF ... whoa! it's a lot more than that. it's more than jason campbell. I feel for everyone in Redskins Nation. For that owner to spend that kind of money and get that type of performance ... he does everything he can to win ... everything about that organization is first-rate except the performance on the field. ... Those tickets are willed to people for those games .. you have to die to get tickets ... and then you get that kind of performance!?
  • Chris , New York

    3:40 PM ET

who do you think is the best corner back in the league i say Nnamdi Asomugha. who do you think is ?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

The best CB is D-R-C. Nnamdi plays right corner ... that's not the true test of a CB.
  • Alex V., Cincinna

    3:42 PM ET

Do you see the "mangenius" getting time to make the Browns into a team again? Or do you see him on the hot seat already??
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    What's his record again?

This should be the last job he gets. That's right I said it. You do not fix an NFL franchise by getting the job, and then going in your office and closing the door. No, no and no.
  • Kevin, Thunder Bay Canada

    3:46 PM ET

Rod Marrinelli was brought in to step that line up and bring a more consistent pass rush. What's the problem? Not enough talent?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

The motor of a 4-3 defense, that defense, is the three-technique player in the middle ... without Tommie Harris, no one is going anywhere. And I don't think he's up to challenge. I don't think he relishes the opportunity to be one of the greats. That system he's in, he could be one for the ages. Isn't that what we thought he was going to be? Those are tough shoes to fill. You know how tough that is?
  • Jason H, Cincinnati, OH

    3:47 PM ET

What are your feelings on KC and the Larry Johnson saga? Did KC do the right thing?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

The penalty needs to reflect what their intent is ... and their intent is that he never plays there again. They should just announce they're getting rid of him. We all know it's what is going to happen. He knew it was wrong what he did. He should have stopped and realized it wasn't what he should have been doing.

My girlfriend broke up with me and cut off all communication. I messaged her today asking if I could call her, she said: "not for a while." ... What do you think? Is there hope?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Yes Jake, there is. She didn't say maybe did she? Sit tight. Sit tight. Don't do anything drastic. Patience is a virtue.

come back next week to see the love doctor for some more advice ... we'll see how things go. but we want to see how things end up ... but if you really want some love advice, hit me up on Twitter @QBKILLA ... we're talking about football here. My office hours are 9-5, so hit me on Twitter!

She might be just trying to see if the grass is greener. But it's ok. If you even want her back ... I can always use a wingman!

    3:54 PM ET

Will the Bucs win a game this season? If so who will they beat?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

That's tough to see winning in the near futuer with a rookie QB. I feel bad Joe Berry, the linebacker's coach there ... he was there when I won the Super Bowl. He was in Detroit last year and could be looking at 0-32. Whew. That's 0-23 right now.
  • Ryan, San Diego

    3:55 PM ET

Warren! I'm calling you out. Answer the question Sir, What the deal with my chargers? Should Norv go?

    AJ Smith, too, Ryan.
  • Brian Acala, San Jose, CA

    3:56 PM ET

What do you think about JaMarcus Russell?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

See Richard Seymour. In one week, he went from a playoff team, a dynasty, and then in a few weeks went to a team that can't beat a high school team. That tells you everything you need to know about Russell, right?

Does that cover it for you?
  • Steve T, Napanee Ontario Canada

    3:57 PM ET

LOL! So, that's your plan is it? Replace Dr. Drew on loveline? Warren, you're a quadruple threat. You can dance. You can swim like an Olympian. You can prognosticate. And, now, you give life advice. Is there anything you can't do?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    I can't have a baby.
  • Matt, Bel Air, MD

    3:58 PM ET

What is with the Panthers? Is benching Delhomme the real reason for their struggles? Or is it the playcalling?
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

You know, i was told by some insiders that their system that they run is one of the worst systems in the NFL. They ask him to win games on only 20 throws with one receiver to throw to. I don't think that Tommie John surgery helped, either.

Are the Saints gonna win the Super Bowl this year Warren? Enquiring minds want to know
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Way too early to be talking about this Vedwed. Heck, I picked the Dolphins! Way to early, man. After Thanksgiving we'll know more. Be patient. Don't jinx your team. You have Reggie Bush talking about a perfect season over there ... isn't that enough?

    4:04 PM ET

Your a complete Idiot if you think a NFL team would lose to a high school team..there is a such thing as sarcasm but none was in your writing..I cant even believe you were a NFL player
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

Kenneth, go take that up with Richard Seymour, a world champion. He said it, not me!
  • Jay, Boston

    4:06 PM ET

With all the new rules put in place, does the old saying, defense wins championships, still apply In other words, will we see any mmore defensive powerhouses like the steel curtain or the old raiders
    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network

The thing about it is, you can still have powerhouses, and defenses will give you a chance ... but offenses have to win it for you. That's the NFL right now.
  • Warren Sapp, NFL Network

    Warren Sapp, NFL Network
