Hey everyone. Glad to be with you today, I see the Colts fans are here. Let's get started.

What was your first thought after you forced that fumble from Ray Rice?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

I just thought I had made a great play, a play we needed to make. Baltimore, they were looking like they were getting momentum. I was just excited at the moment to make that type of play and get us the ball back.

Raheem congrats on the big win! my question is a simple one, what is the atmosphere like in the colts locker room after big wins like saturday?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

It was a great win, but it's still only one win the playoffs. We still have a goal we want to reach, and we take it week by week. Nothing has changed. We enjoyed it that night, but back at work the next day -- working, training, doing film and getting ready for the next game this weekend.

Did you feel you should have gone for an undefeated season?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

Hi Josh. No, I think they made the right decision. We can use the Patritos as an example, and losing a key playmaker. We didn't wnat that to happen to us. One or two guys go down, and things change for the playoffs. Guys have to play hurt, or someone has to come in that wasn't used to playing. We wanted to go in at 100 percent and everyone healthy. I know everyone was thinking about that we should have done that, but really, our goal is to win the Super Bowl.

Complete these sentences: "The Colts can win if..." "The Colts can lose if..."
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

The Colts can win if ... if we play like we did on Saturday! If we play like we played all year, we'll be fine.

The Colts will lose if ... we lose focus and get distracted by the negative things people are saying about us.

Have you ever taken the time to reflect on the success you and your team have achieved this decade? It really seems to be an amazing series of accomplishments that people in Indiana seem to take for granted with as often as the Colts have been a contender.
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

Oh yeah. I tell people on Twitter that all the fans here are spoiled! We've had so much success here. Not too long ago, Bill Polian palyed the tape of all the big games we've had so all the young guys could see how we play and how things have been, and for the older guys to reflect a little bit and see how our hard work has payed off -- and how we want to keep things going. So, we did refelect a little bit, to watch as a team. I thought that was really cool.
  • Michael, TN

    1:11 PM ET

Hey Raheem thanks for taking time out to answer my question. I want to know how is it that the colts defense continues to execute a high level despite all the injuries suffered such as Bob Sanders and Marlin Jackson?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

I think Polian has really brought in some good players, guys how have done a good job of stepping up, and filling in when guys go down. They've been playing at the same intensity as the guys who went out. At the beginning of the season, coach told guys that even if they're second string or on the practice squad, they have to prepare like they're going to play every week. The young guys have done a good job of training ... when someone goes down, they've done a good job. It's been an important part of our success, and everyone understands that. As a defense, playing at a high level, we all trust each other to do their jobs -- that keep us at a high level. We saw that on Saturday.
  • James, Bloomington, IN

    1:14 PM ET

How do you think Coyer's defense with its more frequent blitzes has benefited the play of the defensive line?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

It's been great. The past couple of years, even though we play our base Tampa defense, a lot of people know how good our line is and they'll block us with 7 or 8 guys. So with these blitz packages, it frees us up to get one-on-one matchups -- they can't double team all four of us. With the blitz, you can't get all of us. It allows us to be more versatile, and we've made a lot of plays with it. It takes advantage of all of our abilities. It's a pretty loose defense, it's great for us. We like the attacking style where we can go after the offense. It's pretty fun really.
  • Dave , Indianapolis, In

    1:16 PM ET

Raheem, don't you think the addition of Muir and Johnson at tackle with their added size has helped the run defense this year?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

Oh, definitely. In the past couple of seasons, going back to the Super Bowl, our line was playing the pass first and reacting to the run. Now, it's almost opposite. Those guys have been doing a great job all year. That's where our run defense starts with those tackles. That's one of the main reasons our defense is so good this year.
  • Sam, Mx

    1:18 PM ET

As a Colt what do you think about Tom Brady?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

I hate Brady! I hate Tom Brady! But I really do respect him. I respect his game, he's a tough QB. He's just like Peyton, but no, I don't like him! I don't like the Patriots, none of us here like the Patriots. But you gotta give respect.
  • Jay, Beale AFB, CA

    1:19 PM ET

Raheem the Dream, my man. Please tell me you're going to wipe that smug smile off Coach Ryan's face. I mean, he passed out Superbowl itineraries to his players. Just say you're going to spank them soundly.
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

LOL Jay. Well, we're definitely gonig to try and beat them down this weekend. We already owe them a beat down already. I was here in 2002 when they beat us in teh playoffs and they got us. People remember. We'll try to get them out -- it's like a payback week for us. People still don't respect us.
  • Brandon, Lapel, Indiana

    1:21 PM ET

As an experienced defensive player, what are you most concerned about when it comes to a hot New York Jets team this Sunday?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

I think not giving them momentum. We need to shut down their run game. If we do a good job of that -- they have some good running backs -- and not letting them get momentum, we'll have a great day on Sunday. They have some good backs, just like Baltimore. We want to put the game in the QBs hands.
  • Noah , Glen Burnie, Maryland

    1:22 PM ET

Does the fact that you lost you first game to the Jets make you even more focused to win?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

Hi Noah. Yes, it does. We're going to be focused .. .they're in the way of the goal we're trying to reach. We want to dominiate this game. I've talked to the guys on defense, and they're focused. We're here studying and working out. We want to show them what it's like to play the Colts starters on defense!
  • Frank Spag, South Jersey

    1:24 PM ET

Been a fan since the colts were in Baltimore, just want to know if you think your Defense can hold up to 30 to 40 running plays if the Jets plan to stick to their running game. I know you guys have the speed but givin your smaller size how do you think you will hold up?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

We just want to game plan just like we did last week. They're another great running team with some good backs and a great line. Our coaches will put together a good plan, it's just our job to execute it and go hit them in the mouth for 60 minutes.
  • Topher, Dayton, OH

    1:26 PM ET

You have had a great season. Can you tell us a little more about the formation where you stalk the line as a stand up rusher?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

It's like a play where I can rush from wherever I want to rush from, or drop into coverage too, depending on what I see from the offense. Depending on the call in the huddle, I get to do whatever I want to do.
  • Chris, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

    1:28 PM ET

As the your game against the Ravens ended, an announcer said: "Jim Caldwell can put everything to rest about the New York Jets game ... it's now finally, totally in the rear view mirror. Non-issue, non-story. Resting worked." Apparently resting didn't throw off your rhythm since you came back in and trounced the Ravens, but how much will it bother you if you lose to the Jest after pretty much giving them a spot in the playoffs?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

I'm not sure we think of it like that. It is what it is, a coincidence that they were the last team we played. It just happened that way. We wouldn't look at it any other way. The only way that someone is going to beat us is if we beat ourselves. We're not counting on losing. But it really was a coincidence the way it happened. We'll see on Sunday.

long time colts fan here.i have to ask with your father being a former nfl player and playing some of the best football of his career as a former colt.1.Was there any other player growing up that you looked up to maybe a former colt or any other team besides your dad?and 2.Do you think its meant to be playing for the colts since your dad played for them in the past?well thank you stay healthy and lets have a great game on sunday. And let's make it to miami.bleed blue
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

Growing up, I was a big Eagles fan. Eagles and Redskins. So, I liked Reggie White, Clyde Simmons, Randall Cunningham, all those guys. Then on the Redskins, Charles Mann and Doug Williams and Gary Clark and all those guys. I was just a big fan, and watching those teams play when I was younger. He didn't have that much of an influence on my favorites.

It was a coincidence ... we both got picked up by the Eagles and wound up playing for the Colts. I'm happy with the way things have happened. Eight years here, it's been great. What a way for things to happen, it was a big thing when I first got here.

Peyton has seen Rex Ryan's defense a lot in Baltimore. how do you think this will help him for this weeks game with the Jets?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

I think it will be great. Peyton has been getting better nad better the more he sees that defense. For us on defense, we want those guys on teh field as much as possible to get into his comfort zone, once he's in that zone they start to put up points. He looked very comfortable against Baltimore.
  • Nick , Canada

    1:34 PM ET

Do you think you guys would play harder if Coach Caldwell shot his mouth off a bit more like Coach Ryan? Seriously though, the Jets and Colts sure seem to have a different philosophy when it comes to the media. Do you think so called blackboard material is over rated and if so do you wish you could talk more trash in the media?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

We dont' really care about talking trash. Since Dungy has been here, that's how it's been. We're not really talkers .. were the type of team that goes out and proves it on the field. We don't need to talk too much. Coach Caldwell, he's been doing a great job. he's a guy who likes to explain why we do things and why things need to be done a certain way. It's just the way things are around here. I guess that's why we've been so successful, and why guys work so hard. The coaches don't need to say much either. I think Caldwell is a great coach, and his style is great. He's the type of guy who takes care of his players and keeps us healthy.
  • Topher, Dayton, OH

    1:37 PM ET

You have style. Why is it that Jeff Saturday and Ryan Diem can get on a Peyton Manning commercial and not you?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

LOL! Because that's Peyton Manning and his guys ... they've been blocking for him for a long time. I thought it was pretty cool to see them on there. That was good of Peyton. They've been protecting him for a long time -- a big reason why Peyton is so successful and does such a gret job -- the offensive line. We need to get some D-line commercials!
  • Rick Artson, Pennsylvania

    1:38 PM ET

Hey Raheem. What are you telling the young guys in the locker room for this weekends game?
    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

    Raheem Brock, Indianapolis Colts

They're already excited. We're all saying the same thing -- shut the run game down. Everyone is excited for the game and to take the next step. I don't have to say much -- they already know. We were ready to play after the Baltimore game. Everyone is focused, I don't need to say too much.
